After almost 1 and a half years, Truite is back on the menu! 🙂
- Get a full, cleaned Truite and empty the stomach of the fish if it’s not already clean.
- Stuff the Truite’s interiors with Italian herbs and some olive oil
- Coat the exterior of the fish with a mixture of flour, turmeric, salt, red chilly powder and black pepper powder
- In a flat pan, heat some olive oil and place the coated Truite
- Fry both sides till it’s golden brown
- Pour some mango sauce on it
