Salmon in creamy Spinach sauce


Had some Salmon left at home .. hence this new experiment 🙂


The recipe:

  • Heat some oil in a pan
  • Add few mustard seeds and let them pop
  • Add chopper Ginger and saute for 5-6 seconds
  • Add chopped Onions and saute for 3 min
  • Add a Salmon fillet and saute for another 3 min
  • Add chopped tomatoes, spinach, red wine, mixed Italian herbs, some cream
  • Heat for another 5 min
  • Add salt to taste
  • Serve on some rice
  • Garnish with Oyster sauce and Basil
