Spring onions in Chickpea sauce

Recipe:

  • Heat some oil in a pan
  • Add chopped onions and saute till the onions are soft
  • Add chilly powder and turmeric
  • Add a spoon of sugar and salt to taste
  • Add chopped spring onion leaves and mix well
  • Heat till the leaves shrink considerably
  • Add some chickpea flour mixed well in some water
  • Mix well and heat for 5 min

Voila!
