Bhindi fry (Dry Okra)
Now a days I have been adding a lot of things I really miss eating, given that I have moved to Europe. This is one of them …

  • Heat some oil
  • Add mustard seeds and let them pop
  • Add dried red chillies
  • Add cut bhindi/okra (or lady’s finger in English .. I wonder why they named this so 😛 )
  • Stir fry for 5-10 min
  • Add salt and turmeric
  • Add some curry leaves
  • Sitr fry for another 10 min

 

Voila!
