Having being raised in a coastal city, I have been playing around with everything from fish to different types of usual and unusual ingredients πŸ™‚

Thanks to my nomadic life, I am discovering new styles and ingredients on a usual basis. Sometimes my friends, neighbors just leave back a lot of cool stuff. For example my Mexican friends left me some Mole (hence I made Molly ChickenΒ :P)

So I just experiment πŸ™‚
