- Heat some oil
- Add mustard seeds and let them pop
- Add dried red chillies
- Add cut bhindi/okra (or lady’s finger in English .. I wonder why they named this so 😛 )
- Stir fry for 5-10 min
- Add salt and turmeric
- Add some curry leaves
- Sitr fry for another 10 min
