There are few recipes which I love a lot but I hardly make them that often. That’s because I love them more when my mom makes them for me.
This is one of those which I have practically been raised up on 🙂
The recipe:
- Heat some oil in a pan
- Add some mustard seeds and let them pop
- Add a paste of onions, garlic, cashew-nuts and ginger
- Saute them till the paste can’t hold the oil anymore
- Add turmeric, garam masala and salt to taste
- Stir fry for another 10 min
- Add potatoes cut in cubes and chicken drum sticks
- Stir for 10 min
- Add 2 cups of water and boil for another 15 min
Voila!
