Fish is my favorite food.
Given a choice of decent fish, I could end up eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Guilty of doing that on some coastal vacations 🙂 )
Staying away from the coast, hence in a sense is a misery for my appetite 😛
That was until I found this awesome Asian shop near my place which has a very good collection of fish.
Hence begins the streak of sea-life invasion for the next couple of entries in my blog 😉
- Grind some fresh coriander, garlic, ginger
- In a pan heat some oil
- Add mustard seeds and let them pop
- Add the grinded herbs
- Saute for a minute
- Add cococut milk and a green chilly
- Add salt and fish masala
- Mix well
- Add fish pieces
- Cover and boil slowly for another 15 min
