The Italian season continues … this time round with Tortellini 🙂
The recipe:
- Heat some Olive oil
- Add cherry tomatoes cut in 4 equal pieces each
- Saute for 3-4 min
- Add Italian mixed herbs, Basil paste and Black pepper powder
- Add Rucola and King prawns
- Saute till prawns are cooked
- Add salt to taste
- Add boiled Tortellini (I used the one stuffed with Salami)
- Saute and mix for 2-3 min
Voila!
