Had some Salmon left at home .. hence this new experiment 🙂
The recipe:
- Heat some oil in a pan
- Add few mustard seeds and let them pop
- Add chopper Ginger and saute for 5-6 seconds
- Add chopped Onions and saute for 3 min
- Add a Salmon fillet and saute for another 3 min
- Add chopped tomatoes, spinach, red wine, mixed Italian herbs, some cream
- Heat for another 5 min
- Add salt to taste
- Serve on some rice
- Garnish with Oyster sauce and Basil
