Spring onions sautéed with Chickpea flour

Been sometime since I added something new here. So this time it’s one of my favorite “greens” 🙂

 

The recipe:

  • Heat some oil
  • Add some mustard seeds and let them pop
  • Add chopped onions and sautée them till they are brown
  • Add turmeric, chilly powder and salt to taste
  • Add 1/4th spoon of sugar
  • Add chopped spring onion leaves
  • Add a spoon of chickpea flour
  • Saute for 5 min till the leaves are soft
  • Serve with bread

Voila!
