Been sometime since I added something new here. So this time it’s one of my favorite “greens” 🙂
The recipe:
- Heat some oil
- Add some mustard seeds and let them pop
- Add chopped onions and sautée them till they are brown
- Add turmeric, chilly powder and salt to taste
- Add 1/4th spoon of sugar
- Add chopped spring onion leaves
- Add a spoon of chickpea flour
- Saute for 5 min till the leaves are soft
- Serve with bread
