This one is called “Ramen with Aubergine and chicken sauce”
Most of my Ramen recipes have been related to a soup lately .. so trying out something new. Also, this doesn’t need me too many hours to cook 😀
Ingredients:
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 pack of fresh ramen
- 1 bunch of fresh spring onion
- 50 gms of fresh mushrooms
- 150 gms of chicken
- 100 gms of Aubergine
- 3 spoons of Oyster sauce, light soya sauce
- 1 spoon of dark soya sauce and sesame oil
- 2 spoons of chilly oil and rice vinegar
- 2-3 garlic
- 1/2 cm ginger
- 2 red chilies
- 2 spoon of corn starch
- Half a cup of water
Recipe:
- Heat some oil
- Add red chilies
- Add finely chopped garlic and ginger
- Add chopped onions
- Add chopped chicken
- Saute for 10 min
- Add chopped aubergine
- Saute for 5 min
- Add chopped mushrooms
- Saute for 5 min
- Add sauces (all of them .. no salt required as we are using soy sauce)
- Boil for 5 min
- Add corn starch mixed in half a cup of water
- Boil till the curry get a dense consistency
- Serve in a bowl with freshly boiled ramen and a sliced boiled egg; garnish with some herbs
